Hound of Zencha is our premium organic Japanese-style sencha green tea — clean, grassy, and refreshingly smooth. Named in honor of the calm, focused energy that only a great green tea can give you (and the zen dog owner who brews it).

Sencha is the most popular green tea in Japan, prized for its balance of grassy, slightly sweet flavor and remarkable antioxidant content. Our zencha uses whole leaves that unfurl beautifully during steeping, releasing the full depth of flavor and nutrition.

Brewing Instructions

• Amount: 1 tsp per 200ml
• Water temperature: 75–80°C (not boiling — prevents bitterness)
• Steep time: 2–3 minutes
• Multiple infusions: Good sencha can be re-steeped 2–3 times
