Shipping policy

  1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
    We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

  2. SHIPPING RATES
    Contiguous U.S.:
    • Free shipping on orders over $60.
    • Flat-rate shipping is $9.99 for orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and Canada:
Shipping charges (and any available methods) are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and order details.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
    Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-demand periods.

  2. DELIVERY TIME (TRANSIT)
    Delivery times begin after your order has shipped and vary by destination and carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

  3. TRACKING
    When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  4. INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
    Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us at hello@pawsitivebrews.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus photos of the issue.

  5. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
    All sales are final once an order is placed. If you need to change something, email hello@pawsitivebrews.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed.

If you tell me whether you ship to Alaska/Hawaii/PO Boxes/APO-FPO and what carrier(s) you use (USPS/UPS, etc.), I can tighten sections 2, 4, and 6 so it’s more specific and reduces support tickets.
