- Are your teas organic?
Yes, most of our teas are organic. If it has the USDA logo and the ingredients are listed as organic, it will be USDA certified organic. Which means we have gone through a rigorous process and regular inspections to achieve USDA standards. All of our USDA Organic Teas on our website have a picture of the USDA logo next to them.
Teas without "Organic" in their ingredient list are not organic.
- What is your return policy?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product should there be any discrepancies or issues.

We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to write on the outside of your box. This will ensure prompt processing.
All returns need to be in the original packaging they came in.
Refunds will be issued to your credit card as soon as your return is processed. Refunds are for product only, shipping will not be refunded. Credits may take one billing cycle to post to your account.
- When will my order ship?

- Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada. We are actively working on solutions for shipping worlwide.
- How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is completed, you will receive as email with your tracking information.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
We kindly ask that you review all order details, including billing, shipping, and product size and quantity, before finalizing your purchase. In the event that you need to update your order, please email us as soon as possible to avoid any additional fees.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Shop Pay
